Bank Letters of Guarantee must be received at least three days prior to auction.
Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed matter.

PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION. Postal delivery is erratic; therefore invoices will NOT be mailed. We will gladly fax invoices to those with fax numbers.

Please read the following before submitting your absentee bids.

To submit Absentee bids for specific auctions please follow this link to our Absentee Bid Form. Print it out so that you can fax or mail it via USPS to Daniel Auction Company. Please fill out the form in its entirety, and print all information clearly.
Absentee Bids are executed competitively with phone bidding possible.
Absentee bids require a deposit equal to a minimum of 25% of the bid.
A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to all successful bids.
A 5% Brokerage Fee will be added to all Credit Card Purchases.
You can secure your bids with a Visa or MasterCard number, and then pay by either check or money order if successful.
ABSENTEE BIDDERS THAT HAVE NOT PAID BY THE 20^thDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION WILL HAVE THEIR CREDIT CARDS CHARGED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT.
In the event of an error or omission, Daniel Auction Company shall not be held liable.
