TERMS- Bidding in this auction constitutes acceptance of each of these auction rules.
A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all successful bids. All bids must be secured with a Visa or MasterCard number. If you are the successful bidder on any item and wish to pay by check or money order, payment is due within 10 days after the auction. If payment is not received, we will then charge the full amount of your purchases to your credit card. A 5% brokerage fee will be added to all Credit Card purchases. Postal delivery is erratic; therefore invoices will NOT be mailed. We gladly fax or email invoice to those who supply us with proper data to do so. Otherwise, we ask that you call us on Tuesday, May 4, after 1:00 pm EST to get results of left bids. In the event of an error or omission, Daniel Auction Co. shall not be held liable.

WAYS TO BID- We are a live auction company that accepts absentee bids via telephone, fax (Click here to print the fax form.), email or pre-arranged live phone bidding on major items. The cut-off time for placing faxed or emailed absentee bids is Thursday, April 29th, at 6:00 pm EST. All absentee bids are executed competitively. Our on-line bidding program factors the bids and automatically emails outbid notices prior to this feature ending. The on-line bidding feature will automatically end at 9:00 am EST on Friday before the live auction begins on the following day. The high bidder at that time is represented against the live bidders. The amount showing on the Internet does not indicate the final amount of the item. The maximum amount entered on the Internet is not disclosed to the audience, but is used on your behalf during the actual live bidding process. Please understand that a person in the audience CAN purchase an item for your maximum bid as we are executing all bids competitively.

GRADING- If you have questions concerning the condition of an item, call us at 229-776-3998 before the auction and before placing your bid. Please understand all sales are final and "as is". We appreciate your business.

BID INCREMENTS-
$25 to $149-$10.00;
$150 to $500-$25.00;
$550 to $1,000-$50.00;
$1,100 to $2,500-$100;
$2,700 to $5,000-$200;
$5,250 and up $250.
Bids received less than these increments will be rounded down to the next lowest increment.

SHIPPING- At Daniel Auction Co. customer service is our goal. Packing and shipping with insurance is available to successful bidders. This expense will be billed to the purchaser separately and is non-refundable. If there are any questions that may arise, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
